  1. Argentina all the way because they have been runners up in 1930 and 1990, and have won the f.w.c in 1978 and 1986. Some stars are Lionel Messi (best in the world), Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez and ex player - Maradonna.

  2. My group got pool C, which had Greece, Japan, Colombia and Ivory Coast. We have chosen Colombia out of the four because it is somewhere in the top 10 for soccer rankings, whereas the others aren't. Unfortunately, one of their best players–Radamel Falcao–suffered a knee injury in January so he isn't in the world cup. Yet, they still have some players in the World Cup that are good, such as Juan Cuadrodo, Fredy Guarin and Carlos Bacca.

  5. Our group had Pool H which had Belgium, Algeria, Korea Republic and Russia. We chose Belgium because they qualified for six successive FIFA World Cups between 1982 and 2002, also placing fourth in 1996. They were also the European runners up in 1980 and won the Olympic Football Gold Medal in 1920 on home ground. They have also had four wins over some of the best teams in the world: 2-0 against West Germany, 5-1 against Brazil, 1-0 Argentina and 2-1 against France. Some of the players in the team are; Vincent Kompany (Captain) and Thomas Vermaelen (Vice-captain).
