Did you know that you can check if an egg's rotten if you see if it floats on water. If the eggs sinks then it means that there is oxygen bubbles in it which occurs when an egg is rotten.-Morgan

I think that Helena and myself could use some of those strategies (such as separating yolk from the whites) in the schools MASTER CHEF competition!
